Biosharp D15000 DNA Ladder, ready-to-use, is recommended for sizing and approximate quantification of a double-stranded DNA in the range of 250 bp to 15,000 bp on agarose gels. 

The ladder is composed of 11 individual DNA fragments (in base pairs): 250, 1000, 2500, 5000, 7500, 10000, 15000bp. It contains one reference band (2500 bp) for easy orientation. The ladder is ready to use–it is premixed with 1x loading buffer for direct loading on gel.
