This product is a kind of 5 × concentrated solution which based on Bromophenol blue dye. This reagent is nondenaturing, containing no SDS, DTT or reducing, so it can be used for native gel sample loading and other assays.

Use Native Gel Sample Loading Buffer to retain native protein structure and mass-to-charge ratios during protein electrophoresis. This product can be used to load conventional non-denaturing non-reducing polyacrylamide gel (PAGE) protein samples.
