PBS (phosphate-buffered saline) is a buffer solution that is particularly valuable because it mimic the ion concentration, osmolarity, and pH of human body fluids. It can be used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissue, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents.

This product is composed of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride and potassium chloride, without calcium and magnesium. It is a 10x solution, pH of 7.2-7.4, which has been sterilized and can be directly diluted before use. This product is a special reagent for WB and immunohistochemistry.
