Biosharp 3M Sodium Acetate Solution, pH 5.2 is a 0.22 µm membrane filtered, sterile solution of sodium acetate. It is often used in buffer systems to maintain the pH of a given solution. Filtered through a 0.22 µm membrane DNase, RNase, and Protease tested. Sodium acetate is widely used in molecular biology applications as a buffer and in the purification and precipitation of nucleic acids, protein crystallization, staining of protein gels, and HPLC.
