Biosharp 1kb DNA Ladder, ready-to-use, is recommended for sizing and approximate quantification of a double-stranded DNA in the range of 100 bp to 10000 bp on agarose gels. 

The ladder is composed of 13 individual DNA fragments (in base pairs):  100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000, 10000bp. It contains one reference band (750 bp, 1500bp) for easy orientation. The ladder is ready to use–it is premixed with 1x loading buffer for direct loading on gel.
