Polyclonal secondary antibody raised in goat, immunoaffinity-purified using immobilized antigens and conjugated to alkaline phosphatase (AP) enzyme. The IgG molecule has two separate functions; to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen. The Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), AP Conjugate antibody binds to both heavy and light chains for all IgG subclasses. 

This product is supplied as a 0.6mg/mL solution. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: 1:5,000—1:50,000 for ELISA and Western blotting; 1:1,000-1:2,000 immunohistochemistry.
